It is my pleasure to highly recommend Steve for any work you may want done. He has completed two beautiful remodeling jobs at our home. One was complete renovation of a bathroom which including tearing out the old bathroom down to the walls. He tiled the floor, installed a vanity, toilet, repainted and rehung cabinets, skim-coated and painted all the walls and installed a crown molding. Seeing his work we decided to hire him for another job. The other job was complete remodeling of the laundry room including a tiled floor. His work on each of these enhanced our home making it a more pleasant living environment and without doubt increased its value. After these experiences with Steve I can say without hesitation that his work is excellent. He is truly a gifted craftsman who pays scrupulous attention to detail producing exceptional results. It is evident that he takes personal responsibility and pride in his work to achieve outstanding results. He is a dedicated professional whose work ethic exceeds any in the trade that I have personally experienced. He is true to his word, arrives on time and follows through on each commitment. Each day Steve left the work area clean and in order. He took care of everything and was respectful of us and our home. In addition, Steve is a good communicator, clarifying ideas and questions. He has the ability to listen carefully to the homeowner needs and plans, bringing the homeowners expectations to fruition. His is conscientious yet flexible with a caring and kind pleasant personality. Steve is easy to work with and easy to get along with! I consider us lucky to have him work on our home. I would highly recommend Steve Wasseluk at SCW Creative Renovations LLC to anyone contemplating any type of renovation to their home. First, Steve’s reputation amongst his peers is excellent, in fact he was referred to me by a contractor who builds new homes that I’ve done business with for years after I had telephoned numerous other contractors recommended by large retail supply houses and received three quotes. Secondly, Steve was prompt, professional, and patient with me while I picked out tile, granite, etc… Steve did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, while keeping the construction site clean and safe. Steve turned my 1990s bathroom into the most beautiful room in the house. I actually had family members recently come to visit and after greeting me at the door, asked to see the master bathroom. Finally, Steve made a few suggestions after I asked a couple of questions about the walk in closet. I really liked one of the suggestions which I agreed to have Steve complete. The next morning, Steve showed up with all the materials necessary to complete the walk in closet renovations. You will be hard pressed to find a better contractor in Connecticut.

We can't say enough about Steve or our new kitchen floor. The price was right and the work was top notch. Steve worked with our supplier, tore up our old linoleum, prepped the sub floor, and installed new ceramic tiles. So many places have good reputations, but "their workers were disapointing". When you hire Steve, you get Steve. He's there everyday to make sure the job is done right, and is willing to listen as well as direct you to the finished product you want. We have reccomended him to our friends, and we are sure you will like his work also.
